We often get POs after an invoice is already issued or a customer comes back and tell us they need a different address on the invoice. As a result, we have to edit the invoice outside of stripe (and then save a record of it in our CRM). Would be great to be able to update the details of the invoice after it has been sent (for subscriptions).
Hi Kristen - thanks for sharing this. There are plug-ins that let you edit the stripe invoice PDF with updated PO number and resend it to your customer, but the PO number will not be saved on the stripe invoice itself (metadata only). Curious if this would work for you, or whether itโs not sufficient?
