I created a sandbox called “Localhost”. It showed an error that payments and payouts are paused because the business details were not up to date.
After clicking on the deep link to update them, the form showed me a validation error for the statement descriptor that was auto-filled as “LOCALHOST”. After changing that, everything seems to be fine.
I would expect that the statement descriptor also automatically gets filled with some valid value similar to the company address.
