Any limits on the number of sandbox available

Hi, is there a limit to the number of sandbox env for the platform account?

For each sandbox, do we have the limit of 14-16 webhooks that we are seeing in existing staging env of stripe?

Hi there!

You can have up to 6 sandboxes including Legacy Test mode. You can have up to 16 webhooks per sandbox.

This limit completely breaks our use case. We wanted to use this in our CI tests. Each PR would create its own isolated sandbox and run tests. This limit means we can only have 6 prs open at any time . Is it possible to increase this limit?

I would also like to request more than 6 sandboxes. Who do I contact for this?

We have only 4 Sandboxes including the legacy test mode and we can’t create two more?

Hi there, the limit for sandboxes is per account. There is a message under your legacy Test mode that says there are additional sandboxes you can’t access. You should check with the admin of your account as there are other sandboxes you do not have access to that total up to the limit for your account.
