The documentation mentions that it is possible to create up to 6 Sandboxes including the legacy test mode.
We have only 4 Sandboxes including the legacy test mode and we can’t create two more?
Hello! The documentation is correct. The message “Additional sandboxes you can’t access” in the screenshot you provided indicates that you don’t have permissions to access the other sandboxes under the merchant. This may be due to you having the Sandbox User role in the merchant.
