Sandboxes not visible for all team members

Hi team,

I created sandboxes for each environment so that we could test our application; however, for some reason, that’s not visible to some team members.

I also noticed that in some cases when someone else in the team creates a new sandbox, it’s not visible to me, and this message is displayed:

This account has additional sandboxes. Contact an account administrator to get access.

Are we doing something wrong?
