When using Stripe Billing with a third party payment processor,the system records the invoices as paid_out_of_band. After the payment is made it does not reflect the payment in the invoice but reflects on the receipt that you have to download from the hosted invoice page, will this limitation desolve at a later stage or will it remain indefinitely? Would like to like to use the invoice data to create customer statements, that would reflect past payments.
I would use the new Invoice Payment Plans but its got a lot of limitations, will all its limitations resolve when it goes out of Beta?
Agreed, this is painful. The ‘paid out of band’ is super limited at the moment - like there’s no way of reporting on these payments, no partial paid out of band etc. Hopefully it improves as it is limiting currently.
hi I’m tryin to receive my my payouts from platinum platform and I can not call internationally and trying to receive my payout it’s been very difficult I’ve been trying to receive my payout since last year in February and this is a very difficult and hard I don’t understand and I’ve been getting frustrated so a year passed by and no one told me that I had to receive my payment from platform called Platinum is there any way someone can help me with this
